I can't get my iPad connected to the internet. There is no problem with the internet as my macbook air is connected. I have tried to turn off the iPad and also to sign in again to my internet provider but it is still not working. any suggestions.

Even though your MacBook is connected just fine, your network/Wi-Fi can get wiggy and not let some devices connect. Reset your network...shut the router and modem off for a minute or so, then power on the modem & allow to stabilize, then power on your router and allow to stabilize. Then try again.

After Reset enter your router wireless key .

I tried it and it still didn't work. I have also checked the connection to the wireless printer and that was fine. Thanks for replying.
