How do I add my family sharing calendar in Outlook when iCloud is already installed?

My organisation has recently moved exchange domains, and all my iCloud calendars have disappeared from Outlook 2013. I have iCloud installed on Windows 8.1 and don't want to uninstall and then reinstall it. I have tried to remove the outlook app, then enable it again, using the iCloud control panel without success.
