Keynote soundtrack & Voiceover

Can anybody tell me if I can record a music background soundtrack and at the same time create a narration voice over onto Keynote slides. Thx.

Place the sound file in the soundtrack well in: Inspector > Document > Audio > Soundtrack

create a narration voice over onto Keynote

Record the narration using: Play > Record Slideshow, connect a Mic or use an inbuilt mic then click the red record button

Thank you Gary. I see now what I was doing wrong. I was trying to 'record' the soundtrack as well as the narration, when all I had to do was to import it and let it play. So, many thanks for your advice. xx
