Recently the airtel has launched his 4G services in India and I rush to avail the 4G services but the shocking thing i came to know my Canadian purchased Iphone doesn't support LTE or 4G servises in India. Please help me to get rid off this issue.

What issue?
The iPhones sold in different countries support different bands for LTE.
It is not unexpected that an iPhone purchased outside of India would not be compatible with LTE service in India or any other country.
But It is actually happening with me. Same Indian airtel-4g sim I put into my Iphone and Indian made iphone, but Indian Iphone caught the 4G signals but my didn't. I don't know why???

Iphones made for sale in different countries are made with hardware that support the LTE service in those countries.
All iPhones are not compatible with all LTE bands. Different iPhones are made for different countries LTE bands.
There is no reason to assume that a Canadian iPhone would work with other countries LTE services.
And Australian Iphone also caught up the 4G signals.But Canadian don't.

No. If you wanted to use a phone in India, you should have purchased a phone intended for use there instead of buying one from Canada.
Correct. There is no way to "fix" it as it is not broken.
All iphones do not support all LTE bands.
If you want to be sure an iPhone will work with India's LTE service, then you would need to buy it in India.

No, it hasn't "gone to crap". It will work just fine in Canada. Next time, buy a phone intended for use where you are.
