Hi! You need to take all the documents that prove your father was the owner of the device, the original box etc. and take all these things to the local Apple Store. Apple technicians should help you.
IAm currently in kenya how can i find the Non independent retailers
There appear to be no Apple Stores in Kenya, only authorised retailers who will not be able to help you. If you can't get to an Apple Store then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the phone - unless he left a note of his ID and password somewhere.
Its ok then let me try to look for any thing that is written from his pockets because i have tried alot since he passed on January this forum was my last option but i will look for any writen documents he might have written it some where ...incase i miss the note i wont mind letting it go coz i have tried my best...
