Q: Logging out of my icloud account from device

Am i able to logout of my previous icloud account when I reset all settings? I forgot my other icloud account's password and unable to sync stuff on my laptop from my device. Is there a way to log out of my icloud account from my device?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 8.4
