How to install Boot Camp from content of previously created flash memory?

Hi,

I've installed windows 7 sp1 via boot camp before and kept the content of memory card that I created during the process. I want to know how I can copy that content to a memory card and install off of it again.

Probably I have to do some things manually like making the flash memory bootable and/or creating a FAT32 partition from Disk Utility.

(And no, I can't download boot camp due to my very limited internet connection)

Plug in your SD Card on the OSX side, run Disk Utility and insert a USB2 flash drive and format it as FAT32. Restore the SD Card to the USB flash drive and test.

It doesn't work because 1) It's not bootable 2) There is no FAT32 partition on the HDD (Even though I did make it manually).

being bootable is not something a device is born as, it's something the disk utility makes it

Please post the output of the following commands after both the SD Card and USB are connected?

diskutil list

sudo fdisk /dev/diskM (where M points to the SD Card).

sudo fdisk /dev/diskN (where N points to the USB).

M and N are obtained from the output of the first command.

Content are stored on my hard drive, there is nothing on any SD card or USB.

I've tried making my SD card bootable with "Rufus" and then copying content into it but it didn't show up as bootable in OS X's boot menu (holding Option as the system boots up).

SD Cards are not supported for Windows installation, because the Windows installer does not have driver for it. The SD Card driver is installed when BC drivers are installed. You can use a USB2 flash drive and use BC Assistant to make a bootable USB flash drive.
