getting blue screen during startup in iPhone 6

I recently bought a new iPhone 6, when I try to update iOS ,update file downloaded successfully but at the time of execution it failed,now it gives me the white screen with Apple logo during startup and after that I am getting blue screen,I tried to reboot my iPhone again but still same issue persist,I just want to know this type of problem is related either with the OS or phone hardware or both.kindly assist and revert me ASAP.
