Conditional Highlighting

In Numbers, say I have cell A1 and I put a pop-up menu in it with the options yes, or no. Can I put a conditional highlighting rule in the same cell to say 1. If it's a yes, highlight it green and 2. If it's a no, highlight it red.

If it's possible, how can I do this?
