how do I discontinue monthly storage fee for icloud from my credit card?
I have ipad2 with IOS 8.4
iPad 2, iOS 8.4, discontinue storage?
Settings > iCloud > Storage > change storage plan

Yes, that should have worked. I would not have asked for help if it had.
