How to Batch Automate A Video Template for Thank You $Client Video with Automator

Question:

Similar to an email blast, How can you write an automator script a copy/paste text (from a list) into Motion for export?

Context:

I'm making a Thank You client video where the text of the client is the only element that is different. Like an email blast

Script a Text Insert into Motion?

Does anyone have an automator/script example on how you could do this?

1) Client Name List Parsed

2) IS Client 2 words or 1 word

If 1 word -> copy/paste text into 1word.mothn->export using compressor settings with name of client as file

If 2 word -> copy/paste text into 2word.mothn->export using compressor settings with name of client as file

FFMPEG Batch Script working:

I am already Hazel and a bash script to auto convert this video into a GIF using FFMPEG. Be great to automate the Motion export too 🙂

Reality Check:

Of course, not every video is going to turn out...text too large and etc. A 75% success ratio is Aok.

Appreciation in Advance

Graham
