Can I link the pages and numbers , then send email separately to different client?

Hello everyone, I am new to my MAC.

My mac is running 10.9.5 system.

Now I am using my MAC to email almost 1,000 greeting emails to different clients seperately.

I used to save the email address in my excel file (Windows system).

Firstly, I wrote my email in the word.

Secondly, I merge the word and excel to a new file and send by email to my clients in one time.

But I can't do the same work on my MAC. Is there anyone can help?
