The Store caches feeds and checks them in some sort of rotation. When you add a new episode it usually takes 1-2 days for the Store to get round to updating, so it may take a similar time for your changes to show (though they will show for subscribers as soon as they check the feed). It's possible that the Store may not update until you add a new episode.
