I keep receiving my text messages on my iPad and mac. I just want them on my iPhone. How can I quit receiving them on the iPad and mac?

SMS Fordwarding;

iPhone: Settings / Messages / Text Message Forwarding

iMessage;

Mac: Open Messages app / Preferences / Accounts / choose your iCloud account / Untick Enable this account / click Sign Out
iPad: Settings / Messages / Turn off iMessage
