window scrolling in iCloud Drive>Pages folder

I use iCloud Drive and the Pages folder within in iCloud for document storage. When I open the Pages folder within iCloud Drive and scroll down to find a document, the window quickly and automatically resets itself to the top, displaying those documents and not those that should be shown in the lower part of the window. Is this a bug of some sort? Or is this scrolling situation a "feature" that can be turned off? I can't get to my documents in the Pages folder!
