How do I add an image on a title in iMovie 10.0.9?

I am trying to make an iMovie for work and I need an image on the title slide. Does anyone know how to do this? I read that I should use the adjustment or video overlay options but I do not see either as an option on my screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

OK. Put whatever you want as main background into the timeline, then drag the image above this to create a picture in picture. Select the image, then the picture in picture tool and position and scale the image as you want. Finally drag title from the titles library above the image.
