Apple pay transaction don't work

Hi,

I've bought from a game a pack 2x5 chf. After waiting 3days, nothing new. I've contacted the game support and they told me than that was apple. The transaction don't work. i've received the bills in my mails. So... i don't know what to do now ? I bought it with Itunes money paiment.
