I keep getting Yahoo to show up when I click my Safari browser. I want my Safari browser to show up not Yahoo.... Help.
MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
1. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
Turn all extension off, relaunch Safari and test.
Turn those on one by one and test.
2. Safari > Preferences > Search > Search Engine :
Select your preferred search engine.
Mgiht be corrupted Safari preferences causing your homepage to change.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
Click Go then move the com.apple.Safari.plist file to the trash.
Quit Safari if it's open then relaunch. Go to Safari > Preferences > General and reset your homepage.
