Solar power charger charge specifications (while cycling long trip) ?

I am going on a long bicycling/cycling/bike trip, bicycling during daylight hours with minimum stops, so keeping solar charger attached to phone to keep topping up charge, and using various apps on my iPhone 5s.

I need to determine the charging specifications (volts, watts, Amps, etc..), to allow me to keep a full charge, as I will be running a few apps, e.g. RunTastic Pro Bike, Heart Rate Monitor, journey recorder, camera, etc...

Can someone advise on the charging specifications required, to allow me to decide on the Solar Charger I need to purchase ?

and/or links/advice on a suitable charger, waterproof naturally.
