My Apple id is locked, what do I do?

My Apple ID is locked, I forgot my security questions answers and now it's locked what can I do to recover it?

If it’s been disabled for security reasons then resetting the password might fix it : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on them and then logging back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them


If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page


For resetting your security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support


If you don't have a rescue email address on your account resetting them contact Support in your country : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
