Why am I getting my wife's text messages?

We have 2 iPhone 6's and I am receiving text messages sent to my wife's number. Yesterday I sent her a text and it showed up on my phone but not hers. We have Verizon service. Is the problem with our phones or Verizon's service? This problem started when the new iCloud stuff came on line.
