My i phone 6 is continuosly freezing. I have tried the soft reboots as well as restoring the phone but nothing has worked. This is extremely frustrating as i can barely use my phone now. Please release some sort of software updrage that can fix this. I am really annoyed!

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

As a final step, try the recovery mode. Turn your device off, then plug it to your computer with the home button pressed. Keep the Home button pressed until you see the iTunes logo on the screen of your iPhone. After that on your computer you should see the iTunes window saying your iPhone needs to be restored to factory settings. Click on the restore button.

Not clear what you mean by "soft reboot" (not an iOS term), but if you restored using iTunes and also restored a backup without success, there is corrupted data in the backup. In that case, restore as a new phone.

If you restored as a new phone which didn't help, there is a hardware problem that needs evaluation by Apple.
