i want to ask how i know my IMEI or SERI number without phone or packing box? my iphone was stolen. now, i'm not holding my packing box. my iphone didn't turn on the finding iphone software.

Your phone carrier may be able to help since theu would have those numbers for your plan and to set up your phone. Don't apologize for asking questions it's no problem at all
Contact your carrier. They should have a record.
Note that your phone cannot be tracked by IMEI.
you can go into setting, then general, then about and you will find the imei there or you can dial *#06# and the imei will appear on screen
Their phone was stolen and they don't have the box so in this case that won't work.
