Recently, my IPad will not remember username but will autofill passwords. I have not changed username or done anything to settings. The only suggestion was to clear everything off the IPAD and start over, which I do not want to do. Any help?
GO to settings> safari> autofill and look under names and passwords is that turned on?
Yes it is turned on. It has all the passwords saved, just not the username.
TTry holding the sleep/wake and home button until the apple logo appears.
Tried this a couple of times and it had effect. Thank you anyway.
