When we as Artists go to the link https://www.apple.com/itunes/working-itunes/connect/ to sign up and claim our Artist Page. (We are ALREADY listed in iTunes), by clicking the link "Request Access" (https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa?ct=artist) We get Error 404 Page Not found. Tried on Chrome, Firefox, and lastly IE -- What gives? Did they test these links before they went public with this?
