Ever since I adopted Photos, my photostream, now called iCloud photos isn't working. Since Photos does not have an option to show the most recent photos first, I thought I would use iCloud photos to display my most recent photos. But the display shows the framework, but no photos in the frames. I can't figure out what is wrong.
Photo stream and iCloud photo library are different things, however that in itself is not the cause of your problem.
Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID in your iCloud photo settings, restarting and then signing back in again.
