USB can't use first aid, erase, partition restore!!

This is what i'm looking at, I created this for school and now I can't figure out how to get it back to being a regular usb that I can use for storage. Below is the message I get when I try to erase it.

Then I get this if I try to make a partition over it. I have also gone to options and tried to choose a partition scheme tried all of them nothing works.

Hopefully this has a fix, please any help would be greatly appreciated!!
