iPhone 6/iPad 1st Gen iCloud Photo Sync

Photos I take on my two iPhone 6's and my iPad 1st generation sync to both of the phones, but photos taken on the phones never sync to the iPad (via iCloud when all are under the same Apple ID and WiFi network). All are running on iOS 8.4. 😕
