I cant seem to download gifts from my email account. I have always been able to do it until the last update. Can someone please help me. I use I tunes on a macintosh.
What might a "gift" be? An iTunes Gift Card? A song? An app? A URL?
Gifts of songs sent by another to my email 🙂 they were paid for in i tunes by another.
Does the sender own the song (purchased from somewhere like iTunes)?
If so, they cannot share it.
they bought it as a gift for me in itunes. Ive been giving gifts and recieving gifts for years. I think its the last update.
Oh, in that case, you would have received a link to redeem your gift and obtain the song yourself using iTunes. The sender would not have sent you any music file.
Is this what happened?
