ios 8.4 problems

Hi

i have updated my Iphone 5s to ios 8.4 and had some issues which Iphone support helped me sort - had to restart phone etc and use back up from icloud to put everything back again ... but I have now discovered that my ringtones have all disappeared that I had set up to individual contacts. I don't know where they have gone! Do I have to buy them again?

Thank you dilbert41. That worked although it did take a bit of time for itunes to load and recognise my phone though!

restart ios device

delete and redownload 1 app to test

verify apple id is correct in settings->itunes & app stores
