Why is my monitor going back and forth to a blue cast on the screen

Model: MACBOOK PRO (15-INCH, LATE 2011)

My logic board was replaced on my MacBook Pro on June 25, 2015. In the past 2 weeks, the monitor is now having a blue cast come up over the screen and then goes back and forth to the regular screen; and happening more often. Could it be the new logic board?

It's the one built into the MacBook Pro. The serial # for the logic board is C02GX9MTDV7l and the model number was included in my first message:

The logic board was replaced under the Quality Program (E1). Back in June, it did a strong blue class, froze and then shut down on its own (twice).
