Hi AndyH3367,

Can you provide a little more information about the issue you are having downloading music videos to your iPhone 6 using the Music app. Are the music videos purchases you've made from the iTunes Store, or are the videos that you've captured or created yourself? Have you tried to download one file at a time to see if the issue is with one of the files? Are you having trouble downloading any other content from the iTunes Store?

Andy, I'll include some preliminary resources regarding music videos and downloading purchases to your iPhone for now. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Redownload a movie, TV show, or music video

You can only redownload a movie, TV show, or music video that you bought from the iTunes Store. Rented movies are not available for redownload.

On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Tap Settings > Videos and make sure Show All Videos is on.
  2. Tap the Videos app.
  3. Tap Movies, Music Videos, or TV Shows at the bottom of the page.
    User uploaded file
  4. Find the item that you want to download.
  5. Tap the Download icon User uploaded file.

If you can't find an item in Videos using these steps, download it from the iTunes Store app:

  • iPhone or iPod touch: Tap the iTunes Store app and go to More > Purchased.
  • iPad: Tap the iTunes Store app, then tap Purchased.

Thanks for the information. So to answer your questions:

  • The videos I am trying to download are not already purchased from iTunes
  • They are not home made videos

This is the process I am following:

  • Go into 'Music' app
  • Click on 'New'
  • Select 'Song Chart'
  • Click on 'Videos'
  • Click on the three dots to bring up selection list
  • Press 'Make available offline' or 'Add to My Music'
  • App crashes and does not download anything!!

I have tried different videos to download and it does the same. I have tried to download one at a time and it does the same.

I have also tried on different internet providers (we have 2)

I am able to download music songs from this app, just no videos.

Just to reiterate it is not downloading from the iTunes store as I am signed up for Music, as on iTunes it still shows that I have to pay for any downloads.

Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

Andy
