Watermark and blur on iPhone display

the problem is about a watermark that appears on the edges even if the phone is unlocked, when I receive a call, in ever app or in the wallpaper, the watermark is the shape of my telegram chat window, the qwerty keyboard can be seen. The blurry problem is when I get a message like the battery is 20%, the background gets blurry, the icons of the battery or wifi. I just restored the phone and the problem persist, my warranty ended 2 months ago, what can I do? PPlease help me with this
