iphone 6 plus downloading music issues???

Hi all

My problem is when i try to download music over wifi from itunes on my iphone nothing happens! I have resetted it etc and reset my wifi etc but still no luck! The small circle to indicate downloading should show it in bold etc and then you can see its downloading but it just rotates etc and doesnt high light bold
