Phone sent in recovery mode, seeing errors 4013, 9, -18, can't get phone into a useable condition. When sent of for repair just says i am out of warranty and won't help me get it out of recovery mode.

Where did you send the device for repair? I would say the device is probably damaged beyond repair. Did you try jailbreaking? Or did you drop the phone, or try installing a non-standard iOS? What were you doing that lead to this error?
I sent it to O2 repairs, they told me i was out of warranty and then sent it back to me in recovery mode. I sent it off to get the microphone fixed. I can't use it now as it is in recovery mode.
I'm guessing this means there is no Apple store anywhere where you live? O2 provides your Authorized Apple service? If that is not the case, then contact Apple about having the device looked at. Where do you live?
