Restart your iPhone. If it's still not working, contact your carrier to check for network or activation issues, or if necessary, to replace your SIM card. You can also try contacting Apple Support.

Did you get a new screen or a new iPhone ?
If it was a new iPhone just set up over your WiFi
Use same Apple ID password .
To get your Apps/Data back .
Did you use the Apple Store for repair / replacement ?
