My screen is not working as it does not sense the touch. Can apple store fix the screen only and not replace it with a new one since I do not want to lose all my data inside the Ipod. Thx

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours.
A third-party place like the following maybe less and they say they try not to erase the device. Google for more.
