email for my cloud acct

My I-phone 5s will not update my email on my cloud acct.I have tried doing a hard reset. I can log into I-Tunes on a computer & the email/password work fine. I

It has someone else's picture associated with my account also.

How do I get this to update so I can purchase more cloud storage?
