My iphone died one day and now it wont charge or turn on anymorre. this is the SECOND iphone that has had the same issue could changing the battery possibly help

Could you try holding down the home button and the power button at the same time for about 10 seconds? (or until the Apple logo appears)

• Try using a different charger and leave it plugged in for at least an hour

• You may need to make an appointment at an Apple Store. If you think the battery needs to be replaced bring it to an Apple store do not do it yourself or you will void the warranty and Apple no longer help you.

My 5S worked fine yesterday, left it plugged into the computer overnight and this morning it was dead as a doornail, not even showing a dead battery. Plugged it into AC and left it for 2 hours - NOTHING worked. But I tried the HOME + POWER combo and the Apple logo came on, and shortly showed it at 35% power. THANK YOU for that tip - I was ready to throw it against the wall!
