Sync to a drive other than "C"

I have a 64GB iPad Air2. Software is up to date.

The latest version of iTunes is installed on my Windows 7 PC.

My "C" drive is pretty full but I have several other drives with lots of space.

Is there a way to sync my iPad to a drive other than "C"?
