Receiving text messages not meant for me

There is a person in my contacts that I receive ghost messages from. When I ask Siri to check my texts, they'll read messages from this contact, but when I check my messages from the messages app nothing shows up. The contact told me the messages are not meant for me and they were to be sent to another person. This person has never signed into my phone with their Apple ID or anything like that. I have already reset all settings and switched the SIM card. How do I fix this?
