iOS 7 (Facetime audio), can i call non-apple cell phone for free?

Hello,

I have 2 questions:

I AM ON WIFI CONNECITON

1. Using facetime audia, can I call other friends on landline or cell phones that are non-apple?

- Will this be free for me since i am usa VOIP(FaceTime) and will not use my Cell providers mins and data, correct?

2.) Factime Audia, if i call internatiional calls, will my cell phone be charged for cell phone min? (im on wifi)

From the iPhone User Manual, page 136:

"Use FaceTime to make video or audio calls to other iOS devices that support FaceTime."

So you cannot use FaceTime to/from any non-Apple device.

If you're on WiFi, that will be used for international as well as domestic FaceTime calls.
