HELP!!!! ITunes for MAC!!!!!!!!!

It's been well over two weeks now and I've still encountered same problems. I signed up for new iTunes 12 version and agreed to the terms for APPLE MUSIC on June 30th. However, I've not been able to get back on iTunes and I am very concerned. I am able to sign on from my Mac, but takes a little longer. Finally, when I am signed in. I freeze within 2 minutes or so. I then 'force quit' and send report, but nothing ever happens. I even sent survey to Apple regarding issue but nothing happens. I've deleted iTunes and reinstalled, but nothing. Same thing happens over and over again. Please help me. Anyone having same issue, please let me know if you found a solution. Thank you!!!
