I purchased upgrade of Max Osx 10.7.
Received the a redeem code.
Entered the code. The first time the site was busy and couldn't down. It was in hold mode for 15 minutes and nothing downloaded.
I attempted to download today, but the response back was that it item has already been used. Nothing was downloaded.
I spent the money and time and received no product.
Where did you buy the code from? Contact Apple directly. This is a user to user forum, so nobody here can help with a replacement or refund.

Problem was resolved. I item had only partially downloaded. I found the button in the menu to complete the download.

I tried to redeem my coupon. The message comes back that it already has been redeemed, but I have not downloaded the software.
