MacBook Pro not charging no lights on power cord

I have a 2013 MacBook Pro when it is plugged in the light does not come on where the plug goes into the computer. It is not the adapter plug it works on another MBP. On the battery icon it shows that it is plugged in but it doesn't charge. Anyone have some suggestions on a fix. I have tried steps from earlier posts on this subject. Thanks!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
