Phone freeze?

(I have an Iphone 5c with the lastest software)

Ok so, whenever I play music, watch youtube or netflix, and then turn off my phone. When I reopen it my lock screen is frozen, I can't slide to unlock, and yes. I've tried pushing my home and lock button down and it still is frozen when I turn it back on! I have to wait a super long time for it to actually unfreeze. Anyway I can fix this?

I see you are having issues with your iPhone freezing when trying to unlock your phone. Since you have already tried a forced restart, which didn't have an effect. The next step would be to backup and restore the iPhone. See the following article:
