Q: i successfully performed computer diagnostic test and there was no problems found but when i tern it on it still grey color appear and make weird clicking noise

Hi! i have mac book pro version :

2.3 GHz (Early 2011) MBP Unibody 13" model A1278

i successfully performed computer diagnostic test and there was no problems found but when it terns  on it's grey color appears on the screen and make weird clicking noise please help me to find out whats wrong with the computer
