Q: Chinese Charger Adapter

I have an iPhone 5C and will be going to China for 4 months. I'm keeping my same phone for over there and was wondering about how I should use my charger. I know that there are different outlets over in China and in some cases you need not only an adapter for the outlet but something to convert the voltage. So I am wondering if I need something to lower the voltage or just an adapter for the outlet. If so, on both accounts, what type of each do I need? Any links to the right product would be very welcome.
