"Floating green pixels" on display

Ok so I opened up my macbook this morning and wow! I have these floating green pixels on my display. They do not seem to be on anything particular, they don't appear to be on every color, they seem to have a pattern like snow......... Hope I am making sense! I have done the apple hardware test, and it says there is no problem. So, does anyone know what the fix is? I cannot seem to upload a picture of my screen..........
