I want to know if i could actually be a tester as i have just spoken to family members about products and they told me how i should be a product tester and review items so i decided to come here.

Apple makes all decisions on product testing. We are all fellow users so have no input to that process.
Prototype Apple iPhones are provided to a very few select employees on the iPhone R+D team. That's it. Employees who are not involved with the iPhone R+D effort are kept uninformed of future hardware development. If you want to test Apple hardware, become an employee at its Cupertino campus.
Is there a chance that people from the public could test the next iPhone when it comes out?
